Coffs Harbour, the now defunct tourist destination on the central-eastern seaboard, we live in the most habitable climate in all of Australia according to the CSIRO, sadly, since its the most habitable for us, its also habitable for spiders, ticks, leeches, and human scum. Its a beautiful place to live and it has rainforest pockets everywhere nearby, we even have a small pocket at the bottom of our valley that has buttress root trees, found only in sub-tropical rainforests im im correct. Thats about all it has to offer, the social development in this town is poor, so is the shopping, so is the productivity and the gold coast is more idolized as a tourist trap than Coffs now.
Id build this place into a manufacturing and production trade center if I ran this town, its ideal location and the Jetty could make a valuable asset to the production of a proper dock, which would give us good control over ship stationing and trafficing, which means the town gains a better income. It would make a nice center of trade given its ideal positioning between Sydney and Brisbane, perfect for inclining development on the east coast and its fertile soil and good rainfall would serve as a nice point for export of exotic grown products.
Crazy town management schemes aside, if anyone is ever passin through, drop me a message and maybe we can get a coffee/chai and talk or something. Its refreshing to talk to others since this town has bad company. 50'000 people and all they want to do is drink, yell and backstab eachother.
