Just seeing if any other furs out there is getting the game. I have already put in and pay off my pre order and now just waiting for the game to come in.

I will be getting it. Beta was good enough, and I will probably only get it for multiplayer anyway.
Although IMHO I think that the Halo franchise should die off soon...

Are you getting the special edition, or super special edition, or plain vanilla edition.?

My bf put in his preorder yesterday, I'll probably just be stealing his copy to play. Legendary was sold out, but there's a chance they'll have extra on release...

I'm getting the Limited edition and my house mate is getting the legendary edition. (Only reason I went up to the Limited edition was because it was just $10 more) and I do agree with you even the makes of the franchise. Reckons it should have finis at halo 3. ODST and reach is just because the accountants want more money.. Have you see what some of the new things they have done for halo reach?

Yeah... some new guns, spartans have "classes", couple of new game modes, but still the same old game to me.
They are just adding a different frosting to the same cake they have been serving for the past couple of games.
Of course, it will sell faster than hotcakes on fire, and everyone will play it. Thats how they work... They can't end a franchise without driving it into the dirt.

Well this is the last halo game that Bungie will make after this. Bungie will no longer have any of the rights to the franchise and will no longer have any links to Microsoft. So I bet after this game is released the franchise will die and a new one will start. Just hope that 343 studios don't make too big of a mess of things.
